Mr. David L. Hill, Dave, Cpa. serves as Chief Financial Officer of ODW Logistics Inc. and Dist-Trans Co. Mr. Hill has an extensive breadth and depth of financial experience working with private and small public companies in the equipment rental and construction contracting industries. He also practiced in public accounting with companies in several different industries while at Price Waterhouse. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds a Bachelor of Science … Degree in accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Steve Hansen – Lighting Pick Technologies
Steve is a Senior Account Manager at Lightning Pick with over 17 years of experience in the area of order fulfillment solutions, software tools, and automation.
Steve is based in Wisconsin near the Lightning Pick corporate office.

Bruce Buscher works as VP, Smart Handling for Daifuku Webb, a leader in Machinery & Supplies and division of Daifuku North America Holding Company. Daifuku North America Holding Company, a subsidiary of Daifuku Co. Ltd., is a leading developer of innovative material handling technology such as Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), conveyors, baggage handling systems, bulk handling systems, cleanroom systems and airport maintenance services.
Boyce Bonham – Hytrol Conveyor Company
Boyce Bonham is the Chief Engineer at Hytrol Conveyor Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the conveyor industry and specializes in providing technical solutions to the company’s integration partners and end users. Boyce’s knowledge spans the entire process from conveyor product design to complete conveyor system design and application. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Arkansas State University.
Patrick S. Sedlak – Sedlak
Patrick Sedlak has nearly 30 years of experience in executive level consulting management, with expertise in the areas of strategic facility planning, facility location analysis, warehouse management systems (WMS), economic justification, and overall concept development. He has planned over 15 million sq. ft. of facility space. As an expert in distribution and logistics, and one of Sedlak’s top executives, Patrick actively manages multiple client projects and supports many administrative functions of the firm. Patrick is a member of the MHI Roundtable and has also contributed to the following industry groups: Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), National Conference on Operations and Fulfillment (NCOF), and Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
John Augustine – Huntington Bancshares, Inc.
John Augustine, a well-known investment strategist, and chief investment officer for The Private Client Group, Huntington Bancshares Inc.
Augustine has nearly 30 years of broad experience in banking, portfolio management and market strategy. During the last 13 years prior to joining Huntington Bancshares in May of 2014, he was the chief economic and market strategist for Fifth Third Asset Management, Inc. He was a member of the Investment Policy Committee, Investment Strategy Team, Alternative Investments Team and Preferred Funds Selection Team. Augustine was also the portfolio manager for the Fifth Third LifeModel Funds, co-manager for the International Equity Fund and manager of the International ADR Stock Portfolio.
Sue Zazon – Huntington Bank
Sue Zazon serves as President & EVP of Huntington National Bank’s Central Ohio Region beginning August, 2016 when Huntington acquired First Merit Bank. Prior, Zazon was President & EVP for First Merit Central Ohio beginning in 2006. Huntington is the 10th largest bank in the country and the Central Ohio region comprises 25% of the revenues.
Zazon’s continued career success is ground in her philosophy of advocacy for her clients and the teams she leads. This philosophy is evident in all her relationships in business and in the community. Zazon is known for her energetic, engaging and focused style of communication.
Anthony (Tony) Poidomani – CSCMP
Tony is a curious business professional who absorbs content and focuses on delivering context and related outcomes for value to others as a networker and a strategist invested in building relationships.
He is a teacher and a consultant focused on ensuring foundations and lasting success. Tony’s career accomplishments include his current role as CFO of CSCMP, Northwestern Medill Accounting Professor, and Lake Forest Graduate School MBA Accounting professor.
