About the presenters: Ken Ackerman and Art Van Bodegraven have co-authored the popular book Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management – An Essential Guide for 21st Century Managers. In addition, Ken and Art have been deeply involved in CSCMP workshops over the past several years. They have developed two workshop series for CSCMP: Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management and Strategic Issues in Supply Chain Management which have been delivered all over the United States.
